Privacy Policy
Goalkeeper is made by Casita Software. The app has no ads, no tracking and no accounts. We collect only what the app needs to send you alerts for the matches you follow, and we never sell it.
What we collect and why
When you open the app for the first time, it creates a random device ID and a random secret. They are not linked to your name, email, Apple Account or phone number. The secret stays in your iPhone's Keychain and our server stores only a hash of it.
Our server stores the following with that device ID:

Apple handles all payments. We never see your name, email address or payment details.
Analytics
The app sends a small number of anonymous usage signals to TelemetryDeck, for example that onboarding was completed or a Live Activity was started. These signals contain no user identifier and are not linked to you or to your device ID. We use them only to understand which features work.
Crash and error data
If the app crashes, Apple may share crash reports with us through Xcode, if you allow sharing with app developers in iOS settings. Errors on our server are reported to Sentry so we can fix them.
How long we keep it
- Records of each alert we send (used to measure speed and prevent duplicates): 7 days.
- Device data: deleted automatically 180 days after your device last opened the app or contacted our server.
- You can delete everything at any time, as described below.
Delete your data
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete my data. After you confirm, our server deletes your device record together with your follows, alert settings and tokens. You can also email us to ask for deletion.
Who processes the data
We use these service providers to run Goalkeeper:
- Fly.io: runs our server.
- Supabase: hosts our database.
- Cloudflare: delivers our website and caches public match data.
- Sentry: server error reports.
- TelemetryDeck: anonymous app analytics.
- Apple: push notifications, Live Activities and payments.
Match data comes from API-Football. It is a data source only: we send it no information about you.
What we never do
- No ads or advertising SDKs in the app.
- No tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
- No selling or sharing of your data for marketing.
- No accounts, and no cookies on this website.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
